What does a personal trainer do?

Personal trainers assess their customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customised workout plans. They provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers’ progress on a regular basis. They also make sure that customers don’t get injured while training.

How much is it for a personal trainer?

My personal training rates can range anywhere from R120 for group sessions to R2400 for monthly training packages. See more about my rates here.

How long are our personal training sessions?

The duration of our personal training sessions can last anywhere from 30min to 60min sessions. Our personal training session times are entirely up to you.

Is it worth getting a personal trainer?

Hiring a personal fitness trainer might seem like a luxury if you are on a tight budget, but if you really want to get the most out of your workouts, a trainer is a great investment. The improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payment in quality of life, and even decreased health care costs.

My certification is an Eta one (international)
and I have been offering personal training services since 2019

Do I need to provide any equipment for our personal training sessions?

No, I will provide you with all the necessary equipment needed for our training sessions. All you need to do is show up for each personal training sessions ready to work.

What areas do you train in?

I train clients in and around the Atlantic Seaboard such as Sea Point , Green Point, Camps Bay as well as areas such as the Southern Suburbs and Town.

What hours do you train?

I offer personal training services from 6am – 8pm 7 days a week.
